What this site is, and what a click is not.
These terms cover makechangeyours.com and www.makechangeyours.com. They are the rules for a public marketing site, not a substitute for a product agreement on the signed-in app.

Agreement
By using this site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the forms and do not write us through this page.
The site
This is a public preview of Make Change Yours: studios, the company story, a way to tell us a dream or an investor note, and a way to write. Some rooms on the page are described as coming. A description is not a live product.
The signed-in product at mcy.makechangeyours.com is a different surface. These terms do not replace whatever you agree to there.
What a click is not
- Not an offer of securities, a grant, or a job. Those only start if we write back and both sides mean it.
- Not consent for us to publish, send, or spend on your behalf. A person still has to click that later, in the product, if it exists for you.
- Not a promise that a studio, a model, or a timeline on this page is available today.
What you send
You keep what is yours. A dream, a note, a resume, a pitch. Sending it gives MakeChangeYours LLC a limited license to read it, store it as described in Privacy, and reply. We do not take ownership of your underlying idea because you used a form.
You promise you have the right to send it, that it is not illegal, and that it is not someone else’s confidential material you were not allowed to share.
If we quote you in public, we will ask first, unless you already posted the same words yourself.
Our work on the page
The site’s text, layout, motion, mark, video, and stills are ours or used with permission. You may not copy the site as a product, strip the mark, or republish the films as your own. Fair-use quotes and ordinary linking are fine.
Names of other labs, models, and tools appear because we review the field. Mention is not a partnership, certification, or endorsement either way.
Use of the site
Use the site as a person would. Do not attack it, scrape it in a way that knocks it over, feed the forms malware, or pretend to be us. We can block traffic that looks like abuse. Cloudflare already does some of that.
Other people’s services
Fonts load from Google. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Mail you send goes through our email provider. Their terms apply to what they see. We are not those companies.
Outbound links (mailto, or anywhere we point) leave this page. We are not responsible for the other end.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. Video may not play. A form may only save on your device. We do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows that disclaimer.
Limit of liability
To the extent Maryland law allows, MakeChangeYours LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from this marketing site. If a court will not allow a total exclusion, our liability for this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as they can.
Maryland law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we have to go to court about this site, the courts in Maryland are the place, unless a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.
If one sentence here cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms for later visits. Material changes to how we treat a letter you already sent will follow Privacy.
