This policy covers the public site at makechangeyours.com and www.makechangeyours.com. It is written for this marketing site, not as a copy of a frontier-lab training policy.

Who we are
MakeChangeYours LLC runs this site. If you have a privacy question, write info@makechangeyours.com.
What this covers
This policy applies to the public attract site: pages, video, stills, and the dream and investor forms on this domain.
It does not automatically cover the signed-in product at mcy.makechangeyours.com. That surface has its own login, logs, and rules. If you use both, the product’s own notices apply there.
What we collect
You can read the site without an account. We collect what you choose to send, and a small amount of technical data so the page can load.
You give us, if you use a form or email:
- Dream form: email address, what you want to make real, and optional follow-up answers.
- Investor form: email address, and optional name, firm, and note.
- Mailto links: whatever you put in a message to info@, investorrelations@, or careers@makechangeyours.com. That mail lives in our mailbox, not in the form.
Your browser may keep:
- A copy of the last dream or investor draft in localStorage on your device (
mcy:last-dream,mcy:last-investor). That copy stays on your machine unless you clear site data.
We and our hosts receive automatically:
- Cloudflare (our host and CDN): IP address, request time, browser type, referring page, and standard security logs. They need this to serve the site and to stop abuse.
- Google Fonts: your browser requests typefaces from Google. Google may see your IP and user agent. We do not control Google’s logs.
We do not ask for payment cards, government IDs, or health data on this site. We do not run a marketing pixel network here. We do not sell a list.
How we use it
- To read and answer a dream, an investor note, a grant, a career note, or a press question.
- To keep the site up, fast, and defended (hosting, caching, abuse).
- To fix broken pages.
We do not use a letter you send through this site to train a public AI model. If that ever changes, we will say so here before we do it.
The form tries to post to /api/leads on this domain. If that endpoint is not live, the only lasting copy on your side is localStorage, and the only lasting copy on ours is what you also send by email. We will not pretend a dead endpoint is a warehouse.
Who sees it
People at MakeChangeYours LLC who need the letter to answer it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Processors who see technical or mail data because they run the pipes:
- Cloudflare, Inc., to host and deliver the site.
- Google, for fonts loaded from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com.
- Our email provider, for mail sent to the addresses above.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we have a good-faith need to protect someone from serious harm, or to defend the company in a dispute.
If the company is sold or merged, this information may move with it. The new operator would have to honor this policy or give you a new one.
How long we keep it
Mail and form notes: long enough to answer, then as long as we still need them for the conversation, our records, or the law. We do not keep a public marketing list from this page.
Cloudflare logs: whatever Cloudflare’s standard retention is for a site on their network. We do not run a separate analytics warehouse for this attract page.
localStorage: until you clear it.
Your choices
Write info@makechangeyours.com and ask us to:
- Tell you what we have from you on this site, if we can find it.
- Correct it.
- Delete a letter or form we still hold, unless we have to keep it (for example a legal hold).
If you are in a place with extra rights (California, the EEA, the UK, and others), you can use the same address. We are a Maryland company. We do not have a European establishment or a named DPO. We will still handle a serious request in good faith.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site for targeted advertising of the kind those laws call a “share.”
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child sent us a form, write us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes in a real way. The current version always lives at makechangeyours.com/privacy.html.
